Hey there!
Hey there!

I finally did that one thing I always wanted to do, but never did. Solo travel. Few days into my camper car road trip in New Zealand, I started to realise the thoughts in my head were so loud and I needed to write things out to think through properly. I picked up a notebook at a hot spring campground I was staying at and started to pour everything out. It felt great. I stopped thinking in circles, and started to scribble what I wrote down I would do.

When I went back to my usual routine, the blank pages started to overwhelm me. I didn’t know what to write. So I searched for prompts, draw out templates and even tried different journals. But it took too much time to find relevant prompts and I ended up with half-filled journals I never got back to.

I discovered vision boards, but was hesitant as I didn’t know what I wanted to put on it that was somewhat realistic and achievable. My design brain kicked in, and that’s when I started to curate a bunch of different journaling prompts to help me explore different paths, figure out what my core values are and create a vision board that works. This eventually turned into a book I published - the Intentional Steps journal. This journal is here to help you discover what truly matters and find some clarity, so that you can start taking intentional steps to the life you want to live.

All the best,
